This work, composed of a book and a DVD bringing together all the films made by Gilles Coudert for the French Pavilion, reports on the creative process undertaken.

The theme of the 2004 Venice International Architecture Biennale is “Metamorph”. The exhibition at the French pavilion is called “Sustainable Metamorphoses”. It bears witness to the considerable transformations that our cities must undergo in order to meet the conditions for sustainable development, that is to say lasting and equitable.

Three teams of five architects and landscapers reflect prospectively on the evolution of a geographic area of ​​a city in 2014, 2034 and 2064. This book reports on the creative process undertaken.
