This film recreates the memory of the process of Tadashi Kawamata’s work “Over Flow” designed for the Museu de Arte, Arquitetura e Tecnologia (MAAT) in Lisbon. The work denounces the pollution of the oceans by plastic materials. Both ambassador, relay and facilitator of the project to visitors, the film bears witness to the development of a work in progress. It retraces the entire adventure by calling each step of the development and construction process and making us aware of the challenges of this project through interviews with the various actors: the artist, the collaborators, the curator and the director of MAAT.
