This film is a conversation between Daniel Buren and Pierre-Alexis Dumas, artistic director of Hermès. This meeting takes place on the occasion of the invitation of Daniel Buren by Hermès Editeur to design 365 unique squares whose motif comes from a selection of “souvenir photos” by the artist. Together, they evoke the origin of the project, the support, the printing technique of the squares as well as the origin of the “souvenir photos”.
