From the first meetings in the architectural firm until the day after the opening, this documentary follows Daniel Buren as well as the various stakeholders (architects, commissioners, workers, etc.) throughout the process of designing and creating the exhibition The Museum that did not exist at the Center Pompidou in 2002. This documentary allows you to experience the work in the process of being constituted, to perceive the choices being made, to feel the doubts, the uncertainties, the moments of enthusiasm, understand the directions in which the artist engages throughout this creation which questions the museum in depth.
