Founded in 2000 by Philippe Chiambaretta, PCA-STREAM is a creative and transdisciplinary ecosystem bringing together architects, urban planners, engineers, designers, researchers and artists. In this documentary, the director Gilles Coudert looks at the link between research and action at the heart of the practice of the magazine STREAM and the agency PCA. The floor is given to an international panel of researchers, creators or professionals associated with the agency’s work: philosophers, art critics, artists, investors, political decision-makers, users, etc.
