Carte blanche: Jean Dupuy & Bernard Heidsieck / Gentilly
Director, producer and editor at a.p.r.e.s productions & éditions, Gilles Coudert has selected for this fifth evening of [frasq] #16 two of his films dedicated to the artists Bernard Heidsieck and Jean Dupuy.
Interviews and archive images, most of them previously unpublished, invite viewers to follow the unique itineraries of these major figures of performance and sound poetry by placing their actions in their historical and artistic context.
Between these two documentaries revealing a part of the history of sound poetry, a performance proposed by the artist Anne Le Troter will bring us back to the reality of creation today.
A round table will close this screening with Arnaud Labelle-Rojoux and Patricia Brignone, two personalities from the art world who have worked with these artists.
